The hero of every transformation is your organisation. The guide brings what a hero needs on the way up: the map, the experience of earlier climbs, and the calm to adjust the route when the weather turns. And with us, that guide is emphatically a team — bound by a shared drive, vision and passion.
Over the years, a steady circle of fellow independent professionals has grown around Management Resultants — architects, change specialists, data and information experts. Diverse in knowledge and experience, bound by the same drive, vision and passion: making an impact that lasts. It is precisely that combination that sets this expedition team apart from loose specialists who first meet on day one of the job.
On engagements with this much impact, we take no unnecessary risks with line-ups that still have to prove themselves. For every engagement we therefore assemble a bespoke team from our own circle — people you contract directly through your own procurement channels. It cannot always be done in full, but the principle stands: whoever sets out with Management Resultants gets an expedition team that knows, trusts and strengthens one another.
And that team is not limited to our own circle. People from your organisation climb along — indeed, without them it does not work, because we build together. But a place on the expedition is never a given, and certainly no free ticket for a joyful ride. It takes particular skills and, above all, motivation: whoever joins the climb, commits. Non-commitment is not an option — the mountain does not forgive it.
Ernst has worked at the intersection of organisation and information in the public sector since the 1990s — from engineering consultancies via PinkRoccade and the Dutch vehicle authority RDW to founding director of a multi-municipality IT company and programme manager of large-scale digitalisation programmes for provincial government.
Within the team he is captain and coach at once: he assembles the expedition on the basis of years of working together, guards the map at base camp, and makes sure everyone’s strength is deployed on the right plateau. What those years taught: transformations do not run aground on technology, but on forgetting ways of working and motivation. Today the focus lies on digital autonomy and data sovereignty — and on AI that organisations can then deploy responsibly. For clients, that means one accountable lead, one approach, one point of contact.
