In plain language — the key agreements at a glance.
These terms apply to all proposals and agreements of Management Resultants B.V. (Dutch CoC 80379516), unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Proposals are valid for thirty days. An agreement is concluded upon written acceptance or when we commence performance.
We perform engagements to the best of our knowledge and ability: an obligation of effort, not a guarantee of result. Stated timelines are indicative.
Team members from our network are contracted by you directly through your own procurement channels; each is responsible for their own agreement. Management Resultants directs the approach.
Fees are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are payable within fourteen days.
Both parties treat all confidential information as such, also after the engagement ends.
You may use delivered results freely within your organisation. Our models, methods and formats remain our property.
Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the engagement, and to direct damages.
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the court of Gelderland, the Netherlands.
